As a participant in International Day of Yoga - Yoga Session, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the High Commission of India, Ottawa and any of their agents, from all claims, demands, actions and causes of action, loss, costs or damages that the High Commission of India, Ottawa, their agents may suffer, incur or be liable in relation to any injury while participating in the program. Furthermore, I hereby release, waive and discharge the High Commission of India, Ottawa and its agents from all liability to our heirs, executors, and administrators for all loss of damage and any claim or demands for such loss or damage due to injury to person or property.
