Issue of Life Certificates – 2020

All the pensioners / applicants for Life Certificate residing under the Consular jurisdiction of High Commission of India, Ottawa are required to register their basic details on the link below:

Due to precautionary restrictions in view of the COVID-19 pandemic, Life Certificates will be issued on the basis of digital verification instead of personal visit of pensioner to the High Commission.

Pensioners who wish to avail the Life Certificate may kindly submit their details on the above given link.  The High Commission officials will then contact you to further guide you with the process and requirements for issue of Life Certificate.
