49^th International Film Festival of India, Goa

Secretary, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India is organising 49th edition of the International Film Festival of India (IFFI-2018) in Goa, India from November 20 - 28, 2018. IFFI is accredited with the International Federation of Film Producers' Association (FIAPF) and attracts film makers and lovers of cinema from all over the world.

One of the main attractions of the Festival is 'International Competition' Section carrying the total prize money of approximately US$ 200,000 for feature films by filmmakers around the world apart from the regular features of the Festival, such as the Cinema of the World, Retrospectives, Homage, Focus Country and specially curated packages on different themes. The Indian Sections include feature films, homage and retrospectives. In addition, the festival will have a Film Bazaar Section as well to promote film marketing activities.

Films produced between 1st September 2017 and 31st August 2018 are eligible for the festival. A set of regulations and entry forms may be accessed at www.iffigoa.in .
